  We stayed for a week in Cabin #1, and really enjoyed our time there. Cabin #1 catches the full morning sun, which help warm things up after a cold night. There was a wood-burning stove and plenty of firewood, as well as a reverse-cycle air conditioner/heater, and an electric oil-column heater. The cabin was clean and well kept, and our hosts were friendly and helpful. I had never stayed before in a cabin with a "Rota-Loo" toilet, and was pleasantly surprised by how functional it was -- much better than a traditional "dunny"!! Cabin #1 has quite a few steps from the car parking area up to the cabin level. If you want level access, then opt for Cabin #2. The elevated position of Cabin #1 does provide nice views over the surrounding forest.

  Were stayed in 4 bedroom cabin. Very cossy, everything provided, except dishwasher.

  Awesome location. Cute little cabins with just the right level of modern amenities as to not take anyway from the surrounding bush.
